Correction Name is the process of improvement made to the writing of the name of the prospective passenger without changing the pronunciation in accordance with the identity card (KTP/Passport/SIM).

Gender/title Correction is the process of correcting gender / title in the name of prospective passengers.

Terms & conditions for correction name and correction gender/title:

• Correction Name up to 3 character as long as it doesn't change the name and pronunciation are free of charge.
  
• Correction Name more than 3 characters as long as it doesn't change the name and pronunciation, will be charged with Administration Fee (according to the currency used for ticket payments).
  
• Correction Gender are Free of Charge.
• Correction Name can be done maximum 24 hour before the flight and is not possible to do correction at the airport.
• If a difference in the name of the customer is found at the airport for less than 24 hours, the customer must purchase a ticket based on the available class (at least in the same class) and issue it according to the name listed on the identity card
• Change name are not allowed.
