To improve service to valued customers of Lion Air Group. Airlines provide the convenience of "check-in without queuing and save time."


Terms and conditions Check-in Online via Mobile Apps Lion Air and Batik Air as follows:

  • Download The Lion Air, Batik Air, or Super Air Jet App (available on Google Play Store and App Store).
  • Online Check-in is open from 12 hours to 45 minutes before departure.
  • Valued customers are required to arrive at the departure lounge 40 minutes before the flight.


Note:
If you do not have checked baggage, you can go directly to the waiting room and show your e-boarding pass. However, if you are bringing checked baggage, you must report to the officer at the Check-in Counter and reprint the Boarding Pass.


Valued Customers with special requirements cannot use Web Check-in services as follows:

  • Reservations with infants and unaccompanied children (Unaccompanied minors)
  • Seniors or customers who require a wheelchair
  • Customers with sensory impairments, traveling with a caregiver, or medical conditions requiring Lion Air Group notice before travel
  • Customers with Security Items
  • Customers with International flight
