**Information Update**

Web check-in service is a facility the airline provides to help valued customers travel using Lion Air Group Airlines without having to queue at the airport.
Terms and conditions before doing Web Check-in are as follows:
- Web Check-in can be done for domestic and international route departures.
- The name on the ticket must match the identity (KTP/Passport).
- Web Check-in opens 12 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before departure.
- For domestic web check-in, passengers do not need to take a boarding pass at the check-in counter and can go directly to the boarding gate
- Specifically for international web check-in, passengers will not be given a boarding pass when performing web check-in and are required to take a boarding pass at the check-in counter
Valued Customers with special requirements cannot use Web Check-in services as follows:
- Reservations with infants and unaccompanied children (Unaccompanied minors)
- Seniors or customers who require a wheelchair
- Customers with sensory impairments, traveling with a caregiver, or medical conditions requiring Lion Air Group notice before travel
- Customers with Security Items
Things that must be considered when doing Web Check-in and receiving an E-boarding pass or Electronic Boarding pass are as follows:
- The e-boarding pass is only valid for domestic routes in Indonesia.
- E-boarding Pass contains customers' names, routes, flight numbers, flight dates, boarding times, seat numbers, terminals, gate numbers, and other important information.
- Valued Customers who already have an E-boarding Pass and do not carry checked baggage (check-in baggage) can go directly to the boarding gate without printing the boarding pass.
- Valued Customers who have checked baggage only need to report their baggage/drop bags to the check-in counter staff without having to print their boarding pass physically
- E-boarding Pass can be shown through a device to AVSEC (aviation security) officers and boarding gate officers as an entry pass.
- Valued Customers can confirm the waiting room number upon arrival at the airport at the check-in counter or boarding gate staff.
