Lion Air Group airline have a Cargo Service that can help valued customeres who wish to bring their family or relative ashes (cremation ashes) using our airline service.

Some of the documents that must be completed by valued customers to be able to bring the ashes (cremation ashes):

• The ashes of the corpse (Cremation Ashes) must be put in a burial jar with cushioning material, sealed and packaged neatly in a box, and tightly closed outside the box (the outside must be covered with wood).    
• Death Certificate from the relevant institution (Hospital).    
• Death Certificate from the Police (if needed).    
• Cremation Certificate (Cremation Certificate).    
• Letter from the Health Service and permission to bring the ashes (Cremation Ashes).    
• Photocopy of Ticket introduction/companion for Ashes (Cremation Ashes).
• If there is no companion, you must provide complete data on the sender and recipient of the ashes (Cremation Ashes) in the form of a clear address and contact telephone number.
• After all the documents are complete, valued customers can come directly to the Lion Air Group Cargo Service at Soekarno-Hatta Airport (Cengkareng) bringing all the documents.
