Cancellations & refunds are permitted if the flight is rescheduled/ cancelled by the Airline.

After submitting through our official website, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail.
4. How can I know the status of my refund request?
We will inform you when the process was done, or you can confirm by send e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
