2. How is the process of making ticket payments via ATM?

Answer: 

  • Select the payment menu, then select the ticket menu, a Lion Air menu will appear and you can enter the payment code. For BCA ATMs, add Company code (710110).
  • After the payment is successful, save the proof of the transaction. You will receive an e-ticket and a confirmation e-mail after the payment is successful

4. How long does it take to make a payment at an ATM?

Answer:

The payment time limit will be given depends on system of website/ Call Center. If payment can’t be made within the given time limit, your order will be automatically canceled.


5. What if I have made a payment via ATM, but still have not received the e-ticket?

Answer:
