**Information Update**

Starting November 15, 2023, check-in via the web or apps can only be done via the BookCabin application. Please download the BookCabin application and get various attractive promos.

Apart from the BookCabin application, online check-in can also be done via the official BookCabin website at the following link: https://www.bookcabin.com/check-in

 


Web check in opens 12 hours before departure time and closes 45 minutes before departure


However, customers must still arrive at the airport early (recommended 2 hours before departure), related to the validation procedure of Health documents from Port Health Officers and airport officials as a health protocol for implementing people's travel movements at the airport.


Reservations with an Infant (infant) can not do Web Check-in (WCI), please report at the airport departure Counter area.


Before doing Web Check-in (WCI), please prepare flight data (print out reservation) because WCI will require the following data below:
1. Passenger Name Record (PNR)/Booking Reference
2. Last Name (on the ticket)
3. Retrieve




Valued customers can use Digital Boarding Pass to enter the aircraft (no need to reprint the Boarding Pass). 

If passengers carry checked baggage, they must report to the departure Counter.



Notes: 

Boarding Gate information can be seen again on the departure board at the airport. Boarding pass information may change at any time. The airport will determine actual aircraft parking, and the airline will follow the airport policy.


For convenience, please arrive in the waiting room 45 minutes before departure will reduce the risk of missing the plane. Aircraft doors will be closed Max 15 minutes before departure.
