1. If a refund has been submitted via:
- Purchase tickets directly to airlines: through Website tools at the link: https://www.lionair.co.id/en/manage-booking/refund-request (continued to no. 2)
- Purchase through a Travel agent: through the Travel agent where the ticket was purchased and further details by the Travel Agent
2. The refund process will take time:

3. If until the deadline, there is still no refund:
- Check the email registered at the time of the Refund request, and whether there is a lack of data & attachments. Example: If the account number of the beneficiary is not included in one of the names on the PNR, a power of attorney is required. A lack of power of attorney will hinder the refund process.
- Has the phone number of our Refund Team been saved? so that loyal customers know that we are contacting them to ask for a refund confirmation/lack of data that must be attached.

Delays in refunds are often caused by incomplete data and/or errors in writing bank data (Account number, account holder name, etc.)
