Correction Name is a name amendment process on customer ticket without changing the pronunciation match with the Identity (Passport/KTP/SIM <Driving License>)

Correction
 Gender is a gender/title amendment process on customer name on the ticket
Example : Mesra/Ayu
Mr become Mesra/Ayu Ms


Change
 Name is the process of changing name and pronunciation on the ticket
Example : Anita become
 Yunita



Terms and condition for Correction Name and Correction Gender :
1. Correction Name up to 3 character as long as it doesn't change the name and pronunciation are free of charge

2. Correction Name more than 3 character as long as it doesn't change the name and pronunciation,will be charged with Administration Fee (according to the currency used for ticket payments).


3. Correction Gender are Free of Charge

 
4. Correction Name can be done maximum 24 hour before the flight and is not possible to do correction at the airport


5. If a difference in the name of the customer is found at the airport for less than 24 hours, the customer must purchase a ticket based on the available class (at least in the same class) and issue it according to the name listed on the identity card
