Unaccompanied Child Passenger or Unaccompanied Minor  (UM) can be accepted on Lion Air Group flights, with the following requirements:

• Age 6 - 12 Years Old
• In good health (physically and mentally)
• Enclose additional information when booking the ticket,such as :

            1. Identity/student card/other certificate/Passport/Visa/Vaccination Card,etc

            2. Drop Off Name

            3. Pick-Up Name 

            4. Contact Number of the Pick-Up/Drop Off Family

There is no charge for domestic flight routes, except for the following international routes:

Fill out the UM (handover) form:
- Drop Off Name & family relationship status with UM passenger
- Pick-Up Name & family relationship status with UM passenger
- Enclosed KTP/Passport
- Sign a form with a clear name

At the time of Check-In :
1. Fill out the UM form
2. Will be handled by Special Services Staff (Assistant)
3. Given a tag "UM"

At the time of Boarding :
1. UM passengers will be escorted to the plane first, along with elderly passengers and pregnant women (Boarding Management)
2. Handover of documents and UM passengers to cabin crew
3. Placing the appropriate sitting position on the boarding pass and ensuring position in the front area

At the time of landing / disembarking :
1. UM passengers are picked up by a special officer at the arrival plane door
2. UM passengers are handed over to the name listed on the UM form, by looking at the identity of the picker (name, NIK number)
3. Once the data matches, the picker signs
