In the event of Seat Assignment service evaluation for JT/IW/ID/IU flights and Prebook Meals evaluation especially for JT flights, Management decides temporary termination for both service effective on October 9, 2023. This step was taken to improve the service to passengers, hopefully we can provide better service in the future.
Along with this information, please be informed that:
- Seat Assignment are not sold for all routes effective on 09OCT23 – UFN.
- Passenger who bought the seat assignment before 09OCT23 still get the seat according with the previously purchases.
- For Loyal Lion Air customers who have made purchases for flights dated 07 October 2023 onwards can apply for a refund for previously ordered Pre-booked meals.
- Refund requests are emailed to: customercare@lionairgroup.com with the subject ''REFUND PBM''
