Don't know how to apply for Lion Air Group ticket cancellation and refund?

If valued customer purchases a ticket through:

  • Lion Air Group official Website
  • Lion Air Group Ticketing Office
  • Customer Support at the Airport

Valued customers can experience the convenience of requesting a cancellation as well as a refund through the official Lion Air group website via the following link: https://www.lionair.co.id/en/manage-booking/refund-request

However, if valued customers make purchases through:

  • Travel Agent
  • Online Travel Agent (OTA)

We aplogize, that you cannot submit cancellation and refund via the link above. What valued customers can do is contact the Travel agent where you purchased the ticket or apply for cancellation and refund, through the features available in the Online Travel Agent (OTA) application.

Furthermore, the Travel agent will conduct correspondence with the airline for the submission of the cancellation and refund. The airline will make a refund, in accordance with the conditions applicable to the airline to the customers, through a Travel agent.

Here is a list of documents that valued customers must prepare to file a refund:

a. Ticket Detail

         - Airline booking code (6 letters of alphabet)

         - Name of passenger who wants to be refunded

         - Ticket Number (13 digit)

b. Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) baggage data-if any

         - Can only be refunded together with ticket 

         - EMD baggage number (16 digit)

c. Saving Account

         - Account Name

         - Account Number

         - Customers Address

         - Nationality

         - Identity Number

         - Bank Name

         - Bank Address

         - City (Bank)

         - Country (Bank)

         - Currency

         - SWIFT / BIC/BSB / IBAN - only for banks outside Indonesia*

d. Applicant Data

         - Identity Number (KTP/Passport)

         - Copy of KTP/Passport (Max 2MB) 

e. Letter Of Attorney (additional)

         - (If the recipient of the refund, not from one of the names on the reservation)

         - Signature on stamp (materai 10,000) (column authorizer)

Payment of funds always use the form of payment at the time of payment of the ticket / original form of payment. 
Example: payment using payment code / payment code will be returned to the payment code (additional attachment: proof of payment). Credit card, will be returned to the credit card.
