Not only about the purchase of new tickets (New Purchase), but also after the change of tickets (Exchange).


E-ticket print out can be either Hard copy (Print paper) or Soft copy (PDF document)


To support the environmental movement by reducing paper waste, valued customers can ask our officers at the time of purchase at the purchasing office, to send E-ticket printout in the form of Soft copy (PDF document) #Gogreen


What if the latest e-ticket print out purchased on the website / mobile app or even at the Travel agent / Online Travel agent has not been received or lost?

Valued customers can download in the booking details menu / Retrieve booking on our official website at the link:

Fill in the requested information:

  • Booking Reference (PNR)
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Flight Number
  • Flight Date


What if you have done the above but still haven't received the E-ticket and there is an error from the website?

Valued customers can send an e-mail via 'Contact us or through the feedback form by providing data in the form of:

  • Booking Reference (PNR)
  • Ticket Number (13 digits)
  • Or, if the 2 data above does not exist, please make sure the E-mail address used is the same e-mail address when booking tickets on the Website/mobile app/travel agent/online travel agent (OTA).


Customer support will send an E-ticket within a maximum of 24 hours.
